From the age of six, Andrea understood that life produced adversity and could shift in the matter of an instant. Supporting her loved ones was just the beginning of her pursuing a career in service through unravelling spiritual & psychological techniques. It is her mission & passion to make things simple. Her why has always been rooted in supporting others through acts of service.

She fuses science & spirituality as she believes they are deeply intertwined. Her life has often led her to deeply investigate how we can merge these fields of thought to create change and energetic shifts. She has an incredible ability to motivate and encourage new lifestyle habits that promote success in all areas of your life. She follows the mantra of the Canary; she speaks my truth only from the highest level of good. She assists individuals who are seeking to improve their life, to invoke change, and to discover and speak their own truth. She is a serial entrepreneur who is the founder of Quartz & Canary, her jewellery company. The totem energy of the canary is represented in all that she does.

She wholeheartedly believes that committing to yourself and allowing yourself to engage in the process of growth, will undoubtedly shift your old belief patterns; removing all negative energetic blocks that are no longer serving you. Her methods vary and none of them are off limits and using what would be most beneficial for the person she is working with. She often uses meditation, energy therapies, intuitive development, and precognition to support your growth! As an avid meditator, she practises authentically and teaches you the fundamentals of meditation. Learning why meditation works, and how it affects your nervous system among many other benefits. 

She offers standard sessions along with her Simple Program that are packed with energy. She creates & develops individualized coaching plans for your specific needs and desires. Having been a lifelong student, dedicating and committing herself time to be able to provide new methods, techniques, and practices to my clients, while also implementing her own lived experiences in each module. Her entrepreneurial success with Q&C, has supported her expertise on how the metaphysical properties of gemstones and crystals can influence the body, mind, and spirit. She absolutely loves supporting other entrepreneurs, including aspects of service and unique strategies to shift your business to the next level. This area of her life combines spirituality and learned skills from the corporate world.
